Poland as a majority of European countries is located in the Central European Time Zone (GMT +01:00). From March till October, there is summer time in Poland(GTM+2:00).

Poland uses 24 hour time system which is a military time system. However, in casual conversation people use 8 in the evening. But properly, it should be at 20:00.
